Craftex aims to provide customers with quality products and accurate information before an order is confirmed. Because many of our products are construction, finishing, coating, chemical, and project-specific materials, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1) All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Craftex in writing, all sales are final.

We generally do not accept product returns or provide refunds after an order has been confirmed and delivered.

Customers are encouraged to confirm product specifications, quantities, colors, application requirements, and project suitability before placing an order.

2) Return Exceptions

In limited circumstances, Craftex may approve a product return at its discretion.

A return will only be accepted if Craftex provides written approval before the product is sent back.

If a return is approved, the following conditions may apply:

• The product must be unopened and unused
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• The product must be in resalable condition
• A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the approved refund
• The customer is responsible for all return delivery or transportation costs
• The customer is responsible for packaging the product properly
• The customer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return transportation

Craftex will inspect the returned product before determining whether a refund is applicable.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, Craftex may use another reasonable payment method.

3) Non-Returnable Products

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

• Opened or used products
• Mixed, partially used, or applied products
• Products that have been damaged after delivery
• Altered or modified products
• Products with missing components, packaging, or accessories
• Custom-made or specially ordered products
• Products specifically identified as non-returnable
• Products returned without prior written approval from Craftex

Due to the nature of certain construction chemicals, coatings, flooring materials, and other specialized products, opened or used materials may not be suitable for resale and therefore cannot generally be returned.

4) Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect product, notice damage upon delivery, or believe a product has a manufacturing defect, contact Craftex as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your name and company name
• Order or invoice details
• Product name and quantity
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos, where applicable
• Photographs of the packaging if the product was damaged during delivery

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Where a product is confirmed to have been supplied incorrectly or to have a qualifying defect attributable to Craftex, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, arrange a replacement, correction, credit, or refund.

5) Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, financial institution, or other payment provider involved.

Craftex is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, courier companies, or other third parties.

Any applicable delivery, transportation, restocking, or other charges may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted.

6) Training, Classes, and Certification Fees

Payments made for Craftex training, classes, workshops, deposits, or certification-related activities are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled training session, you may request to reschedule by contacting Craftex at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled training date.

Rescheduling:

• Is subject to availability
• Must be approved by Craftex
• May be limited to a reasonable number of changes
• May require the new training date to occur within a specified or reasonable period

Requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled training date may not qualify for rescheduling.

Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior approval does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or replacement session.

7) Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Craftex as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the status of the order.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, specially ordered, customized, or prepared for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable costs or charges may be deducted from the amount refunded.

8) Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product is appropriate for their intended application.

For construction and finishing products, results may depend on surface conditions, preparation, environmental conditions, application methods, mixing, curing, installation, and maintenance.

Craftex recommends reviewing the applicable product information and contacting us with questions before placing an order.
